Vintage 2025

A very warm spring meant we had good fruit set.  A cool summer suited the reds and made for slow development of the fruit, meaning some great flavours coming through.  Harvest started on 13 March with the Chardonnay, followed by the hand pick of the Pinot Noir and finished on 17 April with our Tempranillo.
