So an exciting time of the year, the vines start to come into leaf and we start getting up in the early hours of the morning to protect them from frost.  We rely mostly on our frost fans to move warm air down but sometimes its too cold and we light burners to generate a bit more heat.  We're also busy bottling in between frost fighting.
