Viticultural Practises

The vines are from two different clones, selected for their premium wine producing qualities: clones 548 and 809.  Grown on free draining stony soils.  The cropload was light resulting in intense fruit flavours.

Wine making details

Clean fruit was pressed straight to neutral oak barrels and partial malolactic fermentation means the wine is a crisp, refreshing style.  Just 300 doz. cases were made.

Food and Wine Matching

The depth of flavour make it a very versatile wine to enjoy with just about any food.  It's ideal with roasted white meats such as chicken or turkey, and the citrus flavours will compliment seafood.
