VITICULTURAL PRACTICES
This luscious Rosé was made from grapes off our Weka Gravels vineyard, a hot dry site which has produced some of the best Pinot Noir in New Zealand. 2016 was a stunning vintage in the Waipara Valley, warm and dry producing some fantastic fruit.

WINE MAKING DETAILS
Made from 100% Pinot Noir it underwent a cool ferment after 24 hours on skins, resulting in a fruit forward wine with beautiful colour.

FOOD AND WINE MATCHING
We love it with summer salads, light pasta dishes or seafood. But often a Rosé is just perfect on its own on a warm summers evening.
